You are only allowed to retrieve a copy of SoPlex for research purposes as a member of a noncommercial and academic institution. Commercial use requires a licence. In order to get a copy of SoPlex, you need to notice the ZIB ACADEMIC LICENSE and register. You do so by filling in the registration form. After that you will receive a registered gziped tar file by e-mail.
