The instructions are an internally service at ZIB. Therefore they are available only from hosts at ZIB or after authentification at WEB with login .

We try to solve problems and requests as quickly as possible and are available over a long period of time each day.
Since a lot of work has to be done on site, not every particular employee is always available immediately. Therefore send us a request that must not be discussed in person, through our HelpDesk system. Here you can send us error messages and wishes.
