The Supercomputer Systems team operates the supercomputers installed at ZIB.

The main system is the component Complex Berlin of the distributed supercomputer system HLRN-II which is being operated in the framework of the North German Supercomputing Alliance HLRN. The central activities of the team are monitoring and controlling of machine operation, user administration and data backup.
