I am working at the Zuse Institute Berlin ZIB as research scientist and head of the group computational nano optics. I am a member of the DFG Research Center MATHEON - "Mathematics for key technologies" and scientist in charge of the application area D "Electronic circuits and optical technologies".Research Interest
Research interests: All types of wave propagation problems related to acoustic, quantum mechanic and electromagnetic wave propagations from numerical analysis to algorithms and their realization in software packages .Current Projects
-
Design of nano-photonic devices:
- Scattering on unbounded domains with non-homogenous exterior.
- Eigensolutions of Maxwell's equations on unbounded domains.
