Submission Instructions
Posters and Demos
Poster and demo abstract submissions should be in two-column format and not exceed one page. Authors should prepare and electronically submit a PDF version of their poster and/or demo abstract following the guidelines. Examples of one-page poster abstracts are here and here and of corresponding posters are here and here; further examples of nice posters. All abstract submissions should be sent in PDF format by email to kaehler[at]zib.de before 24:00 GMT/UTC on April 10, 2009. We are not accepting video submissions. The submission should clearly state if a demo or video will be presented during the session.

Final Papers
The instructions for preparation and submission of the camera ready versions are here.
Second Reviewing Cycle
In production of your submission we kindly ask you to strictly follow the requests suggested by the referees (see notification sent to you by email on Feb 14, 2009). The revised submissions should be as close as possible to the final version and therefore should use the “final” template, not the submission template.
Before submitting, carefully read the instructions that have been emailed to you on Feb 24, 2009 by srm-support@eg.org with subject ‘[SRM_EUROVIS09] Final Instructions’.
Each minor revision is reviewed by the assigned primary reviewer. In addition to your revised manuscript, also submit a revision report providing the details of how you addressed the comments of the reviewers. Please zip the revision report together with the revised paper and upload in the EuroVis 2009 online submission system in category “final version”.
- Paper submission deadline:
- Friday, March 13, 2009, 24:00 (UTC/GMT)
First Reviewing Cycle
Paper submission is electronic only via the EuroVis 2009 online submission system. Before submitting, carefully read the EuroVis 2009 submission instructions. Refer to the manual for more detailed instructions.
- Abstract submission deadline:
- Friday, Nov 28, 2008
- Paper submission deadline:
- Friday, Dec 05, 2008
All deadlines are at 24:00 (UTC/GMT).
It is obligatory to submit an abstract before submitting the full paper.
This event uses a double blind reviewing approach, so please remove all personal data (like author, affiliation etc.) from your paper submission! In the author line just specify the paper ID that has been assigned to your paper during abstract submission.
Accepted papers will be presented at the symposium and will be published in an issue of Computer Graphics Forum, the International Journal of the Eurographics Association. Supplementary material (e.g. videos) can also be provided. It will be considered when the paper is reviewed and will appear in the electronic conference proceedings and in the EG Digital Library.
