We are developing an experimental framework for behavioral studies within the our project EMOTIC. It was publicly demonstrated at ZIB during the Lange Nacht der Wissenschaften 2019. Similar to a virtual mirror, it tracks head pose and facial performances of its users and transfers them to our statistical face model which is rendered to the screen in real-time. Using the slider interface, various inter-individual face patterns (ethnicity, sex, etc.) can be manipulated.
