Current and Future Teaching
In the winter semester 2014/15 I have started the lecture
series "Algorithm Discrete Mathematics (ADM)" that
consists of three one-semester courses briefly named ADM
I, II and III. Detailed information about the first (and
meanwhile finished) course of this series "Introduction to
Linear and Combinatorial Optimization" (ADM I) that I
jointly taught together with Dr. Axel Werner you
can find here: (ADM I).
In the summer semester 2015 the series were continued
with the four-hour course "Discrete Optimization (ADM
II)" (also together with Dr. Axel Werner). According
to TU terminology it carries the number 3236 L 236. You
can find detailed information about this lecture on the
Discrete Optimization website ADM
The 90 minutes lectures took place twice a week (from
13 April to 13 July 2015) at TU Berlin and starts on 15 April 2015.
Exercises and tutorials complemented the lectures.
In the winter semester 2015/16 I offered, together with
Prof. Dr. Thorsten Koch, the course "Cominatorial
Optimization at Work" (shortly: CO@W). This was held
in English as block course from 28 September to 10 October
2015 (immediately before semster start) and comprised 8
hours daily. For TU students, this block course counts
as an ADM III course. Several national and international
specialists of the field enriched the program with
lectures about their own work. Detailed information can be
found at the CO@W
The Website "Courses Taught" informs about my
previous lectures and seminars.
On the Web site "Teaching and Course Materials" you
can find lecture notes of previous lectures.

websites of the lectures ADM I and ADM II which also
provide access to the current lecture notes.
