I have acted as referee for numerous scientific journals. Due to my current work load I simply do not have the time to read submitted papers as carefully as they deserve it. I, thus, feel unable to continue this very important service for the scientific community.
However, I continue my editorial work for a number of journals in mathematics, computer science, and operations research. I try my best to secure scientific quality, to be fair to authors, and to select papers that I hope are of interest for the "targeted reader" of a particular journal. This job is often more time consuming than one might think.
