This project is part of the Bioinformatics Center Gatersleben-Halle (BIC-GH). It provides tools for analysis of the development of plant seeds. In particular, it develops image analysis and pattern recognition methods, allowing for the efficient 3-D reconstruction of plant seeds, the creation of spatio-temporal reference models, and the integration of experimental data.
