Biography
Gregor Hendel has joined the FICO Xpress development team in February 2020.
He has graduated in Mathematics at Technical University Berlin, for which he received the master thesis award by the German Society for Operations Research. Before joining FICO Xpress, he worked as one of the main developers of the SCIP Optimization Suite at Zuse Institute Berlin. His main research interests are primal heuristic techniques for MIP and statistical learning within a solver.
