The program and registration for this year's digiS conference "If life gives you lemons, make lemonade - dealing with the unexpected. Shaping digital transformation" have been published.

This year's theme connects with last year's conference motto ("Digitality as an attitude"), as we examine how our current digiS partners as well as other cultural institutions are shaping their digital topics and processes with regard to their users, partners and resources, true to the motto: If life gives you lemons, then make lemonade!

On November 23, we will explore the topic of "Digital Transformation" with a keynote by Doreen Mölders. How do you create flexible collaboration structures in an organisation? This will be followed by the traditional digiS Minute Madness with this year's project partners. Finally, there will be the opportunity to network in digital spaces and get to know current projects better with the help of project posters.

On November 24, 2021, Dr. Klaus Lederer (Senator for Culture and Europe, Berlin) will welcome our guests. Subsequently, the project partners will hold digital World Cafés with an external moderator and you, our guests, to discuss various aspects of a "culture of digitality" in your own institution, in association with project partners, or with regard to (un)known user groups. The World Cafés will be followed by a closing panel in which the sessions will be summarised and discussed together with input from the World Café moderators, Doreen Mölders and Martin Zierold. Lilli Iliev (Wikimedia Deutschland) will moderate the panel.

All the latest information about the event is available on our conference web page.
