The 16th Annual Meeting Photonic Devices (AMPD2024) has been successfully held at Zuse Institute Berlin. 14 invited talks, 23 contributed talks and 23 poster presentations related to numerical methods, simulation and physical properties of novel photonic devices. Fruitful discussion among the 100 international participants of the on-site 3-day workshop was supported by social events and joint pizza breaks. The workshop which was also part of the MATH+ Thematic Einstein Semester has been organized by the Computational Nano Optics group at Zuse Institute Berlin.
